This character started as a live feedback session for one of my students at Savage Academy, where I corrected the anatomy of his sculpt while explaining the decision-making process step by step.
After the session, I refined the model further and turned it into a high-quality strong male base mesh, now available to all students inside my mentorship.
The original concept already had an interesting overall silhouette — a massive body with a relatively smaller head — so I preserved that visual intention while improving what was happening inside the silhouette. The main corrections focused on:
* Adjusting anatomical proportions for better structural balance
* Redesigning muscle groups to improve hierarchy and readability
* Reducing uniform carving intensity and introducing variation of form strength
* Adding a stronger sense of skin tension, fat compression and natural transitions
* Improving anatomical logic to make the physique feel more believable while still stylized and heroic
The goal was not only to fix the sculpt, but to demonstrate how to think anatomically, how to control form hierarchy, and how to push realism without losing design.
This base mesh is now available for all of my Members at Savage Academy students as part of the mentorship resources.
